The services provided by Zulma Gallegos-Martinez through Zulma Gallegos Coaching are holistic, spiritual, and energy-based in nature. These services, including but not limited to Akashic Record readings, energy healing, and spiritual coaching, are intended to support personal and spiritual development. Limitation of Liability

By using this Website and/or participating in any services provided by Zulma Gallegos Coaching, you agree that Zulma Gallegos-Martinez and her business are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may result from the use of these services, including but not limited to financial loss, emotional distress, or personal dissatisfaction.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

There are no refunds for healing services once they have been rendered. If a client has paid in full or given a first payment and wishes to cancel before their scheduled appointment, they must provide written notice via email to zulma.gallegos.coaching@gmail.com at least 3 days in advance. If the cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the appointment, only 80% of the payment will be refunded, with a 20% cancellation fee applied to compensate for the loss of appointment availability.

Rescheduling:
If a client needs to reschedule an appointment, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice via email or text. If no notice is received and the client misses their scheduled session, a $45 rescheduling fee will be required to book a new appointment.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website and engaging with the services provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclosure. You voluntarily waive any claims against Zulma Gallegos-Martinez and Zulma Gallegos Coaching arising from your participation in these services.
